Even if your dog or cat stays strictly indoors versus outdoors or has a super thick or long coat versus a thinner short one, he or she is at risk for contracting heartworms! Monthly heartworm prevention is the key to dramatically reducing the risk your dog or cat has of being afflicted with this debilitating disease. If your pet is overdue for a heartworm test or if you have missed months of prevention, please call our office to schedule an appoinment so that we can help your pet get the protection he or she deserves!
